How can I upgrade the OS, graphic card, processor, CD/DVD drive of my laptop?

My laptop model is Hp Pavilion dv800. my graphic card is ATI Radeon Xpress familly 200 series (It is so old it isn't even on the website). my processor is AMD Turion 64 bit. I'm not sure about the model of my CD/DVD drive, but I know I can play and write DVDs and CDs. I'm certain that it is manufactured by Pioneer though.

How can I upgrade the OS, graphic card, processor, CD/DVD drive of my laptop?
